Rashami Desai

Rashami Desai, born Shivani Desai on February 13, 1986, is a prominent Indian television and film actress known for her versatile performances. She began her career in regional cinema before making her Hindi television debut in the series Raavan in 2006. Her dual role in Pari Hoon Main in 2008 further showcased her acting prowess, but it was her portrayal of Tapasya Thakur in the acclaimed soap opera Uttaran from 2009 to 2014 that catapulted her to fame, earning her numerous accolades.

In addition to her acting career, Rashami has participated in various reality shows, including Zara Nachke Dikha 2 in 2010, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5 in 2012, and Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 6 in 2015. She also showcased her comedic talent in shows like Comedy Circus Mahasangram and Comedy Nights Live, further diversifying her portfolio.

Rashami returned to fiction television with the love triangle Dil Se Dil Tak from 2017 to 2018, where she played the role of Shorvori.
