Reggie Theus

Reggie Theus, born on October thirteenth, nineteen fifty-seven, is a distinguished American basketball coach and former player, renowned for his impactful career in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Over the course of thirteen seasons, he showcased his exceptional skills on the court, earning the honor of being a two-time NBA All-Star.

Currently, Theus serves as the men's basketball head coach and athletic director at Bethune–Cookman University, where he continues to influence the next generation of athletes. His coaching journey has seen him at the helm of various teams, including the NBA's Sacramento Kings and collegiate programs such as the New Mexico State Aggies and the Cal State Northridge Matadors.

In addition to his head coaching roles, Theus has also contributed as an assistant coach for the Louisville Cardinals under the legendary Rick Pitino. His diverse experiences in both professional and collegiate basketball have solidified his reputation as a knowledgeable and respected figure in the sport.
