Reinhard Furrer

Reinhard Furrer, born on November twenty-fifth, nineteen forty, in Wörgl, Ostmark (now Austria), was a distinguished German physicist and astronaut. Following World War II, his family relocated to Kempten im Allgäu, Bavaria, where Furrer would later pursue his academic ambitions. He began his studies in physics at the University of Kiel before transferring to the Free University of Berlin, where he earned his diploma in nineteen sixty-nine and completed his doctorate in nineteen seventy-two.
