Reneta Indzhova

Reneta Indzhova, born on July sixth, nineteen fifty-three, is a distinguished Bulgarian economist and politician. She made history as the first woman to serve as Prime Minister of Bulgaria, holding the position from nineteen ninety-four to nineteen ninety-five. Her appointment by President Zhelyu Zhelev marked a significant milestone in the country's political landscape.

Before her tenure as Prime Minister, Indzhova played a pivotal role in the economic transformation of Bulgaria as the chair of the Privatisation Agency. Her leadership in this capacity was instrumental in navigating the complexities of transitioning the Bulgarian economy during a critical period.
