Rex Brown

Rex Brown, born on July twenty-seventh, nineteen sixty-four, is a prominent American musician best known as the longtime bassist for the iconic heavy metal band Pantera. Joining the band in nineteen eighty-two, Brown has become a cornerstone of its sound and legacy. Following the band's reunion in twenty twenty-two, he proudly holds the title of the longest-serving member, a testament to his enduring influence in the heavy metal scene.

In addition to his work with Pantera, Brown has been a part of several notable musical projects. He was a member of the supergroup Down from two thousand one to two thousand eleven and also played bass for Kill Devil Hill. His versatility as a musician is further showcased in his solo career, which began with the release of his debut album, Smoke on This..., in two thousand seventeen.
