Rhéal Fortin

Rhéal Fortin, born on August eighth, nineteen seventy, is a prominent Canadian lawyer and politician representing Rivière-du-Nord in the House of Commons. He is the president of Bissonnette Fortin Giroux, a respected law firm located in Saint-Jérôme, where he applies his legal expertise to serve his community.

Fortin's political journey began when he was elected to the House of Commons in the two thousand fifteen election as a member of the Bloc Québécois. His leadership skills were recognized when he was appointed interim leader of the party on October twenty-second, two thousand fifteen, following the resignation of Gilles Duceppe, who was unable to secure his seat in the election.
