Rim Jong-sim

Rim Jong-sim, born on February fifth, nineteen ninety-three, is a distinguished retired weightlifter from North Korea. Throughout her illustrious career, she has made a significant mark in the world of weightlifting, showcasing her exceptional talent in various competitions.

As a two-time Olympic Champion, Rim has proven her prowess on the global stage, securing her place among the elite athletes in her sport. In addition to her Olympic success, she has also claimed the title of World Champion, further solidifying her reputation as one of the best in the field.

Rim's achievements extend beyond the Olympics and World Championships; she has also earned gold and bronze medals at the Asian Games and has been crowned Asian Champion multiple times. Competing primarily in the sixty-nine kg and seventy-five kg categories until two thousand eighteen, she transitioned to the seventy-six kg category following the reorganization of weight classes by the International Weightlifting Federation.
