Rituparna Sengupta

Rituparna Sengupta, born on November seventh, nineteen seventy, is a celebrated Indian actress and producer renowned for her contributions to Bengali, Odia, and Hindi cinema. She emerged as one of the most successful actresses in Bengali film history, particularly during the late nineteen nineties when she experienced a remarkable surge in box office success.

Her journey in the entertainment industry began with her debut in the Bengali fantasy television series Rong Berong in nineteen eighty-nine, where she starred alongside Arindam Ganguly. Following this, she made her film debut in Bahattar Din Par in nineteen ninety, opposite Arjun Chakraborty, marking the start of a prolific career.

Throughout her illustrious career, Rituparna has been part of numerous National Award-winning Bengali films, including Shwet Patharer Thala in nineteen ninety-two, Lathi in nineteen ninety-six, Dahan in nineteen ninety-seven, Paromitar Ek Din in two thousand, Mondo Meyer Upakhyan in two thousand two, and Anuranan in two thousand six.
