Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Rob Jetten

Rob Jetten, born on March twenty-fifth, nineteen eighty-seven, is a prominent Dutch politician who has made significant strides in his political career. He has been serving as the Prime Minister of the Netherlands since February twenty-third, twenty twenty-six, and has held the position of leader of the Democrats 66 (D66) party since August twenty twenty-three.

Jetten's political journey began as a policy advisor for D66, where he also chaired the Young Democrats. His early political involvement included serving on the municipal council of Nijmegen from two thousand ten to two thousand seventeen. In the two thousand seventeen general election, he was elected to the House of Representatives, and in two thousand eighteen, he became D66's youngest parliamentary leader.

In the wake of Sigrid Kaag's resignation, Jetten ascended to the leadership of D66 ahead of the twenty twenty-three general election, although the party faced a setback, losing several seats and entering opposition. He later replaced Kaag as the First Deputy Prime Minister in twenty twenty-four.

Under Jetten's leadership, D66 achieved its best-ever result in the twenty twenty-five general election, becoming the joint-largest party in parliament. This success led to a four-month cabinet formation, culminating in the establishment of the minority Jetten cabinet in February twenty twenty-six, marking him as the youngest and the first D66 politician to assume the role of Prime Minister of the Netherlands.
