Robert Trujillo

Robert Trujillo, born on October twenty-third, nineteen sixty-four, is a renowned American bassist and musician, celebrated for his dynamic contributions to the heavy metal genre. Since joining Metallica in two thousand three, he has become the band's longest-serving bassist, solidifying his place in rock history.

Trujillo first gained recognition as the bassist for the crossover thrash band Suicidal Tendencies from nineteen eighty-nine to nineteen ninety-five. During this period, he also collaborated with the band's frontman, Mike Muir, in the funk metal supergroup Infectious Grooves, showcasing his versatility and talent.

After his tenure with Suicidal Tendencies, Trujillo expanded his musical horizons by performing with iconic artists such as Ozzy Osbourne, Jerry Cantrell, and the heavy metal group Black Label Society.
