Christopher Lindsey, known in the wrestling world as Roderick Strong, was born on July 26, 1983. An American professional wrestler, he currently showcases his talents in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) as a member of The Conglomeration stable. Strong's journey in wrestling began in the year 2000 on the Floridian independent circuit, where he quickly made a name for himself.
Before his notable stints with WWE and AEW, Strong dedicated thirteen years to Ring of Honor (ROH). During his time there, he achieved remarkable success, becoming a one-time ROH World Champion, a two-time ROH World Television Champion, and a one-time ROH World Tag Team Champion alongside Austin Aries. This accomplishment made him the second-ever ROH Triple Crown Champion, following Eddie Edwards.
Strong's career took off in September 2003 when he debuted for ROH. He initially joined forces with Alex Shelley, Austin Aries, and Jack Evans as part of the faction Generation Next, where he captured the ROH World Tag Team Championship. His career continued to flourish as he later formed the No Remorse Corps with Davey Richards and Rocky Romero, while also competing in promotions like Full Impact Pro (FIP) and Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG).
In FIP, he secured the World Heavyweight Championship three times and the Tag Team Championship twice. His accolades in PWG include being a one-time World Champion and a three-time World Tag Team Champion. After signing with WWE in 2016, Strong debuted in NXT, where he initially gained popularity before turning heel and joining The Undisputed Era. His time in NXT saw him become a two-time NXT Tag Team Champion and a one-time NXT North American Champion, further solidifying his legacy in professional wrestling.
