Renowned for his exceptional artistry, he is often celebrated as one of the most influential cinematographers in the history of cinema. His remarkable career is adorned with numerous accolades, including two Academy Awards for Best Cinematography and five BAFTA Awards for the same category.
Throughout his illustrious career, Deakins has formed notable collaborations with acclaimed directors such as the Coen brothers, Sam Mendes, Michael Radford, and Denis Villeneuve.
