Roshni Nadar, born on January first, nineteen eighty-two, is a prominent Indian businesswoman and philanthropist, renowned for her leadership as the chairperson of HCL Technologies. She holds the distinction of being the first woman to head a publicly listed IT company in India, a significant milestone in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

As the only child of Shiv Nadar, the founder of HCL Group and one of India's wealthiest individuals, Roshni has been deeply involved in the family business.
