Rowan Atkinson

Rowan Atkinson, born on January 6, 1955, is a celebrated English actor, comedian, and writer, renowned for his unique brand of humor and memorable characters. He first captured the public's attention with his role in the sketch comedy show Not the Nine O'Clock News from 1979 to 1982, which laid the groundwork for his illustrious career in television and film.

Atkinson is perhaps best known for his iconic roles in the sitcoms Blackadder, which aired from 1983 to 1989, and Mr. Bean, which delighted audiences from 1990 to 1995. His portrayal of the bumbling Mr. Bean has become a cultural phenomenon, leading to reprised performances in films such as Bean (1997) and Mr. Bean's Holiday (2007), as well as in the animated series Mr. Bean: The Animated Series, which continues to entertain viewers today.

In addition to his television successes, Atkinson has made notable appearances in various films, including the James Bond classic Never Say Never Again (1983), The Witches (1990), and the romantic comedy Love Actually (2003). He has also lent his voice to the character Zazu in Disney's The Lion King (1994) and starred in the recent film Wonka (2023).
