Rubin Okotie

Rubin Okotie, born on June sixth, nineteen eighty-seven, is a former professional footballer from Austria who made his mark as a forward. His journey in football began at a young age when he moved to Austria at six years old, eventually joining the youth ranks of Austria Vienna.

Okotie's professional debut came in two thousand seven, and he quickly established himself at Austria Vienna, making over fifty appearances for the club. His career took him to Germany, where he played for 1. FC Nürnberg for a season, followed by a loan spell at Belgian side Sint-Truiden.

After returning to Austria, he signed with Sturm Graz, but it was his second stint at Austria Vienna that further defined his career. Following this, he had a loan period with SønderjyskE in Denmark. In two thousand fourteen, he joined 1860 Munich, where he enjoyed a successful run, netting twenty-one goals in fifty-seven appearances.

His career continued with a move to Beijing Enterprises Group, where he spent a full season before concluding his playing days at K Beerschot VA in Belgium in two thousand eighteen. Okotie also had the honor of representing the Austria national team, being part of the squad for the two thousand sixteen UEFA European Championship.
