Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Rudolf Diels

Rudolf Diels, born on December sixteenth, nineteen hundred, was a notable German civil servant who made his mark as the first head of the Gestapo from nineteen thirty-three to nineteen thirty-four. His rise in the ranks was facilitated by his close association with Hermann Göring, which helped him attain the rank of SS-Oberführer.

Despite his early involvement with the Gestapo, Diels found himself at odds with the organization when he was forced out by Heinrich Himmler. However, with Göring's support, he continued to serve in various government roles, including as the assistant police commissioner of Berlin and later as the administrative president of Cologne.

In the nineteen forties, Diels took a stand against the prevailing anti-Jewish initiatives, refusing to participate in such actions. His resistance to the regime ultimately led to his imprisonment in nineteen forty-four following the failed July bomb plot aimed at assassinating Adolf Hitler.

Surviving the war, Diels transitioned into the post-war government of Lower Saxony, where he continued to contribute to public service in a different capacity.
