Rustem Umerov

Rustem Umerov, born on April nineteenth, nineteen eighty-two, is a prominent Ukrainian politician and businessman. He has made significant contributions to his country as an investor and philanthropist, demonstrating a commitment to public service and national security.

Since July eighteenth, twenty twenty-five, Umerov has held the esteemed position of Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.
