Ryan Crouser, born on December eighteenth, nineteen ninety-two, is a distinguished American track and field athlete renowned for his exceptional prowess in the shot put and discus events. He has made history as the only three-time Olympic gold medalist in shot put, triumphing at the Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo, and Paris Olympics. Crouser is also a three-time outdoor World Champion and holds both the indoor and outdoor world records in shot put.

In May twenty twenty-three, Crouser set the outdoor world record with an impressive throw of twenty-three point fifty-six meters, surpassing his previous record of twenty-three point thirty-seven meters established in July twenty twenty-one. His indoor record of twenty-two point eighty-two meters has stood since January twenty twenty-one, showcasing his remarkable consistency and skill.

Crouser's journey began in high school, where he set national records in indoor shot put and outdoor discus. He claimed gold in shot put at the two thousand nine World Youth Championships and later excelled at the University of Texas at Austin, securing four NCAA titles in shot put. Between two thousand sixteen and twenty twenty-four, he dominated the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships, winning the national title in shot put seven out of eight times.
