Sadiq al-Mahdi

Sadiq al-Mahdi, born on December twenty-fifth, nineteen thirty-five, was a prominent Sudanese political and religious leader. He served as the Prime Minister of Sudan during two significant periods: first from nineteen sixty-six to nineteen sixty-seven, and later from nineteen eighty-six to nineteen eighty-nine. As the head of the National Umma Party, al-Mahdi played a crucial role in shaping Sudan's political landscape.
