She gained widespread recognition for her iconic role as Gloria Stivic, the spirited daughter of Archie and Edith Bunker, on the groundbreaking sitcom All in the Family, which aired from nineteen seventy-one to nineteen seventy-eight. Her performance earned her numerous accolades, including four Golden Globe nominations and five Primetime Emmy nominations, two of which she won for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.
Struthers embarked on her acting journey in nineteen seventy, making her mark on variety shows such as The Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour and The Tim Conway Comedy Hour.
