Salvatore Cordileone

Salvatore Cordileone, born on June fifth, nineteen fifty-six, is a prominent American Catholic prelate who has made significant contributions to the Church. Since two thousand twelve, he has served as the Archbishop of San Francisco, California, where he has been a guiding force in the local Catholic community.

Before his appointment in San Francisco, Cordileone held the position of Bishop of Oakland from two thousand nine to two thousand twelve.
