Samantha Tajik, born on January first, nineteen eighty-three, is a prominent Iranian Canadian actress, model, television host, and beauty pageant titleholder. Her journey in the world of beauty began when she was crowned Miss Universe Canada in two thousand eight, a prestigious title she earned on April twenty-eighth in Toronto, Ontario.

Representing Canada at the Miss Universe pageant in Vietnam later that year, Tajik made history as the first Iranian-Canadian woman to achieve this honor.
