Sandra Auffarth

Sandra Auffarth, born on December twenty-seventh, nineteen eighty-six, is a distinguished German equestrian known for her remarkable achievements in event riding. She first gained international recognition at the 2011 European Eventing Championship, where she showcased her exceptional talent by winning team gold and individual silver with her horse, Opgun Louvo.

Her prowess continued to shine at the 2012 Summer Olympics, where she competed in the Individual eventing category. Partnering with Opgun Louvo, Auffarth not only secured a team gold medal but also earned an individual bronze, solidifying her status as one of Germany's top equestrians.

In two thousand twenty-three, Auffarth was selected to represent Germany once again at the Summer Olympics in Paris. However, during the final health check, her mount, Viamant Du Matz, was deemed not fully fit, leading the pair to graciously resign their place to reserve rider Julia Krajewski.

Residing in Ganderkesee, Sandra shares a horse farm with her parents, where her passion for equestrian sports continues to thrive.
