Sanu Sharma

Sanu Sharma is a talented Nepali writer whose diverse body of work encompasses novels, short stories, poetry, and lyrics. Her literary contributions have not only enriched the Nepali literary scene but have also reached audiences worldwide through translations into languages such as English, Hindi, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Among her notable achievements, Sharma's short story collection, Ekadeshmaa, was shortlisted for the esteemed Madan Puraskar award in two thousand eighteen, highlighting her prowess in storytelling. Her literary journey continued to flourish with the release of her ninth book, Arko Deshma, in two thousand twenty-four, which is her second short story collection and has garnered nominations for both the Padmashree Award and the Kavidanda Literary Award.
