Sarah Otto

Sarah Otto, born on October twenty-third, nineteen sixty-seven, is a distinguished evolutionary biologist renowned for her contributions to both theoretical and experimental evolution. Currently serving as a Killam Professor at the University of British Columbia, she holds the prestigious position of Canada Research Chair in Theoretical and Experimental Evolution.

From two thousand eight to two thousand sixteen, Otto directed the Biodiversity Research Centre at the University of British Columbia, where she played a pivotal role in advancing research in biodiversity.
