Šarūnas Jasikevičius, born on March fifth, nineteen seventy-six, is a distinguished Lithuanian basketball coach and former player, currently serving as the head coach for Fenerbahçe Beko in the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi and the EuroLeague. Standing at six feet four inches tall, he played primarily as a point guard, a position in which he has often been regarded as one of the finest Lithuanian and European players in history.
Throughout his illustrious playing career, Jasikevičius earned numerous accolades, including being a two-time All-EuroLeague First Team selection and the EuroLeague Final Four MVP in two thousand five. He made history as the first player in EuroLeague to win the championship with three different clubs and was recognized as the MVP of the Israeli Basketball Premier League in the same year.
