Sathya Sai Baba

Sathya Sai Baba, born on November 23, 1926, was an influential Indian religious leader and philanthropist. At the tender age of fourteen, he proclaimed himself the reincarnation of the revered Shirdi Sai Baba, embarking on a spiritual journey that would captivate millions.

His followers attributed to him a myriad of miraculous abilities, including the materialization of vibhuti, or holy ash, along with various small objects such as rings, necklaces, and watches. Sathya Sai Baba was also believed to have performed spontaneous healings and even resurrections, showcasing extraordinary clairvoyant skills.

Moreover, claims of his omnipresence, omnipotence, and omniscience further solidified his status among devotees. He was said to possess the unique ability to be in multiple places at once, a phenomenon known as bilocation.

Despite his widespread acclaim, Sathya Sai Baba faced numerous allegations over the years, including accusations of sleight of hand, money laundering, fraud, and even murder. However, he was never formally charged with any offense, leaving many questions surrounding his legacy.
