Saweetie, born on July second, nineteen ninety-three, is a dynamic rapper, singer, and songwriter who has made significant strides in the music industry. Her journey began with a signing to Warner Records, in collaboration with her then-manager Max Gousse's label, Artistry Worldwide.

In two thousand eighteen, she released her debut extended play, High Maintenance, which received a lukewarm reception and did not chart. However, her follow-up EP, Icy, released in two thousand nineteen, marked a turning point in her career. It entered the Billboard 200 and featured the hit single 'My Type,' which became her first entry on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number twenty-one and earning quadruple platinum certification from the RIAA.

Saweetie's success continued with her singles 'Tap In' in two thousand twenty and 'Best Friend' featuring Doja Cat in two thousand twenty-one, both of which reached the top twenty of the Billboard charts.
