Scott Ian

Scott Ian, born on December thirty-first, nineteen sixty-three, is a prominent American musician celebrated for his dynamic contributions to the world of metal music. As the rhythm guitarist, lyricist, and co-founder of the iconic thrash metal band Anthrax, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the genre. Notably, Ian stands out as the sole continuous member of the band, showcasing his enduring commitment to their musical journey.

In addition to his work with Anthrax, Ian is a founding member of the crossover thrash band Stormtroopers of Death, where he further demonstrated his versatility as a guitarist and lyricist.
