Scotty McCreery

Scotty McCreery, born on October ninth, nineteen ninety-three, is a celebrated American country singer and songwriter. He gained national recognition after winning the tenth season of American Idol in May two thousand eleven, which marked the beginning of his illustrious career in music.

His debut studio album, Clear as Day, was released in October two thousand eleven and quickly achieved platinum status in the United States. The album featured hit singles such as 'I Love You This Big' and 'The Trouble with Girls,' both of which made it into the top twenty of the country charts.

In October two thousand twelve, McCreery released a Christmas album titled Christmas with Scotty McCreery, which was certified gold. He followed this success with his third album, See You Tonight, in October two thousand thirteen, where the title track became his first single to break into the top ten on Billboard's Country charts.

In July two thousand seventeen, McCreery made history with his single 'Five More Minutes,' becoming the only country artist to chart a song without the support of a record label. This single topped the Billboard charts in February two thousand eighteen. His fourth album, Seasons Change, was released in March two thousand eighteen and marked his fourth top ten album in the United States. Most recently, his fifth album, Same Truck, was released on September seventeenth, two thousand twenty-one.

On April twentieth, two thousand twenty-four, McCreery was honored with an induction into the Grand Ole Opry by fellow artist Josh Turner, solidifying his place in the country music landscape.
