Sebastian Koto Khoarai

Born on September 11, 1929, Sebastian Koto Khoarai, O.M.I., emerged as a significant figure in the Catholic Church, serving as a dedicated priest and later as a bishop. His journey in the ecclesiastical hierarchy saw him appointed as the bishop of Mohale's Hoek, Lesotho, a position he held with distinction from 1977 until 2014.
