Selçuk İnan

Selçuk İnan, born on February tenth, nineteen eighty-five, is a distinguished Turkish football manager and former professional player, celebrated for his exceptional skills as a midfielder. Renowned for his vision, passing range, and leadership qualities, İnan is often hailed as one of the finest Turkish midfielders of his generation.

İnan's football journey commenced at Dardanelspor, followed by a stint at Manisaspor, where he began to make a name for himself. His career truly flourished at Trabzonspor, leading to a pivotal move to Galatasaray in two thousand eleven. Over the course of nine seasons with the club, he emerged as a key player, securing four Süper Lig titles, three Turkish Cups, and five Turkish Super Cups, while also serving as team captain for several years.

On the international stage, İnan earned over sixty caps for the Turkey national team, playing a crucial role in their qualification for UEFA Euro two thousand sixteen, highlighted by a decisive free-kick goal against Iceland. After retiring from professional play in two thousand twenty, he transitioned to coaching, initially serving as an assistant manager at Galatasaray under Fatih Terim until two thousand twenty-two.
