Sergej Milinković-Savić

Sergej Milinković-Savić, born on February twenty-seventh, nineteen ninety-five, is a distinguished Serbian professional footballer renowned for his role as a midfielder. Currently, he showcases his talents at Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League and represents the Serbia national team on the international stage.

Milinković-Savić's football journey commenced at Vojvodina, a Serbian club where he played a pivotal role in securing the Serbian Cup during the 2013–14 season. His career took a significant turn in June 2014 when he joined Belgian club Genk, making twenty-four appearances before transferring to Lazio in Italy a year later. At Lazio, he became a key player, amassing over three hundred appearances and contributing to the team's triumphs, including one Coppa Italia and two Supercoppa Italiana titles.

His exceptional performances did not go unnoticed, as he was honored with a place in the Serie A Team of the Year for the 2017–18 season and received the Best Midfielder award in the 2018–19 season. Beyond club success, Milinković-Savić has also made significant contributions to the Serbian national team, having played at various youth levels and being part of the squad that clinched the FIFA U-20 World Cup in two thousand fifteen, where he earned the Bronze Ball for his outstanding performances.
