His career spans various roles, including actor, presenter, voice actor, film director, screenwriter, film producer, and even singer, showcasing his diverse talents in the entertainment industry.

Hosseini gained significant recognition for his performance in the film Superstar, which earned him the prestigious Crystal Simorgh for Best Actor at the Fajr Film Festival in two thousand eight. His ability to captivate audiences continued to shine through in the critically acclaimed film A Separation, where he was part of an ensemble cast that received the Silver Bear for Best Actor at the sixty-first Berlin International Film Festival in two thousand eleven.
