Shanice Marcelle

Shanice Marcelle, born on May twenty-eighth, nineteen ninety, is a distinguished Canadian volleyball player and head coach of the Queen's Gaels women's volleyball team. Her impressive career is marked by numerous accolades, including being a five-time CIS volleyball champion during her university years and a two-time Bundesliga champion as a professional athlete.

Throughout her athletic journey, Shanice has garnered individual recognition, being named the CIS women's volleyball player of the year twice, in two thousand eleven and two thousand thirteen. Her exceptional performance in the two thousand eleven CIS volleyball championship earned her the MVP title, further solidifying her status as a top-tier athlete.

In two thousand thirteen, she was honored with the prestigious BLG Award, recognizing her as the best female athlete across all of Canadian Interuniversity Sport. Her commitment to the sport extends beyond her playing career, as she joined the Canadian women's national volleyball team in two thousand eleven and is also a member of the beach volleyball national team.
