Sheena Tosta, born on October first, nineteen eighty-two, is a distinguished American track and field athlete renowned for her prowess in the 400 metres hurdles. Hailing from Camden, New Jersey, she showcased her athletic talent early on, graduating from Gar-Field Senior High School in Woodbridge, Virginia, in the year two thousand.

Competing for the UCLA Bruins track and field team, Tosta made her mark by clinching the title in the 400 m hurdles at both the 2003 and 2004 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Her dedication and skill culminated in a remarkable personal best time of fifty-two point ninety-five seconds, achieved in July two thousand four in Sacramento.

Her Olympic journey reached a pinnacle in two thousand eight when she earned a silver medal in the Women's 400 metre hurdles at the Olympic Games, finishing behind Jamaica's Melaine Walker, who took home the gold.
