Sheldon Keefe

Sheldon Keefe, born on September seventeenth, nineteen eighty, is a prominent figure in the world of ice hockey, both as a former player and a seasoned coach. Currently, he serves as the head coach for the New Jersey Devils in the National Hockey League (NHL), where he brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the team.

Keefe's journey in professional hockey began when he was selected in the second round, forty-seventh overall, by the Tampa Bay Lightning during the nineteen ninety-nine NHL entry draft. His playing career laid the foundation for his future in coaching, where he would eventually make a significant impact.

Before taking the helm at the New Jersey Devils, Keefe showcased his coaching prowess with the Toronto Maple Leafs and their American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Toronto Marlies.
