Shenoute

Shenoute of Atripe, revered as Shenoute the Great or Saint Shenoute the Archimandrite, was a prominent Egyptian saint born in the year three hundred forty-eight. He is best known for his role as the abbot of the White Monastery in Egypt, a significant center of Christian monasticism.
