Sherri Martel, born on February eighth, nineteen fifty-eight, was a prominent figure in the world of professional wrestling, renowned for her dynamic presence both in the ring and as a manager. She began her wrestling journey in the Mid South after receiving training in Columbia, South Carolina, where her passion for the sport ignited.

In the mid-1980s, Martel made a significant mark in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), where she captured the AWA World Women's Championship three times. Her career took a pivotal turn when she joined the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in the late 1980s, where she not only held the WWF Women's Championship but also became a celebrated manager for iconic wrestlers such as Randy Savage, Ted DiBiase, and Shawn Michaels.

Throughout the 1990s, Martel continued to showcase her talents in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
