Shikabala

Mahmoud Abdelrazek Hassan Fadlala, widely known as Shikabala, was born on March fifth, nineteen eighty-six. Renowned as one of Egypt's finest football talents, he made a significant impact on the sport, particularly as a forward. His exceptional skills in dribbling, playmaking, and powerful long-range shooting with his left foot have earned him numerous accolades, including being named 'Best Player in Egypt' multiple times throughout his career.

Shikabala's football journey began with the youth team of Zamalek, where he quickly progressed to the first team. His career took him across borders, with stints at PAOK in Greece and Sporting Lisbon in Portugal. He also had loan spells at Al-Wasl in the UAE, Ismaily in Egypt, Al-Raed in Saudi Arabia, and Apollon Smyrnis F.C. in Greece, before returning to Zamalek, where he won an impressive eighteen titles.

On the international stage, Shikabala was a key player for the Egyptian national team, contributing to their triumph in the twenty-ten Africa Cup of Nations and representing his country at the twenty-eighteen FIFA World Cup. His unique playing style and flair on the field have earned him the affectionate nickname 'Apache' among fans, while 'Shikabala' itself is inspired by the Zambian striker Webster Chikabala.
