Shohreh (singer)

Fatemeh Solati, widely recognized by her stage name Shohreh, was born on January 4, 1959, in the vibrant Sar Cheshmeh neighborhood of Tehran. From a young age, she exhibited a profound passion for music, which blossomed at the tender age of seven. With the unwavering support of her family, she pursued her dreams by enrolling in the National Conservatory of Music, where she honed her skills in voice, piano, flute, and clarinet.

Over the course of nearly five decades, Shohreh has made an indelible mark on the pop music scene, releasing an impressive thirty-two albums and performing around three hundred songs. Her contributions to the industry have solidified her status as a beloved figure in Iranian music.

In addition to her remarkable career, Shohreh is also known for her familial ties, being the younger sister of Shahram Solati, another prominent Iranian singer. Together, they represent a significant legacy in the world of Persian music.
