In a remarkable display of skill, Si set a Games record to clinch the gold medal in the fifty-kilometer walk at the 2010 Asian Games. That same year, he showcased his talent on the global stage, finishing fourth at the World Race Walking Cup, a testament to his competitive spirit and dedication.

Si's career saw a significant milestone in April 2011 when he triumphed at the Taicang meet during the IAAF Race Walking Challenge.
