Simon Donnelly

Simon Donnelly, born on December first, nineteen seventy-four, is a distinguished Scottish football coach and former professional player. His career as a forward and wide midfielder saw him represent several clubs, including Queen's Park, Celtic, Sheffield Wednesday, St Johnstone, Dunfermline Athletic, and Partick Thistle, as well as the Scotland national team.

At Celtic, Donnelly made a significant impact, helping the team secure the Scottish League title during the nineteen ninety-seven to ninety-eight season. His talent earned him a place in the Scotland squad for the prestigious nineteen ninety-eight FIFA World Cup, marking a high point in his playing career.

In nineteen ninety-nine, he transitioned to English football with Sheffield Wednesday, where he faced challenges due to injuries.
