Sinchi Roca

Sinchi Roca, also known as Sinchi Rocca or Cinchi Roca, was a prominent figure in the early history of the Kingdom of Cusco. Born around the year one thousand two hundred thirty, he ascended to the role of the second Sapa Inca, following in the footsteps of his predecessor. His reign is marked by significant developments in the nascent Inca civilization.

As a member of the Hurin dynasty, Sinchi Roca played a crucial role in establishing the foundations of the Inca Empire. His name, which translates to 'valorous generous Inca' in Quechua, reflects the qualities that he embodied as a leader.
