Smokepurpp

Omar Jeffery Pineiro, widely recognized by his stage name Smokepurpp, is an influential figure in the American rap scene, born on May 15, 1997. He first made waves in the music industry with his commercial debut single, 'Audi', released in 2017. This track not only showcased his unique style but also achieved platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America, marking a significant milestone in his career.

In the same year, Smokepurpp signed with Alamo and Interscope Records, which facilitated the release of 'Audi' and his debut mixtape, 'Deadstar'. The mixtape, featuring the hit single, peaked at number 42 on the Billboard 200, establishing him as a rising star in the music world.

Following the success of 'Deadstar', Smokepurpp released its sequel, 'Deadstar 2', in 2019, which also made a brief appearance on the charts. However, his second studio album, 'Florida Jit', released in 2020, did not achieve the same commercial success and marked the end of his tenure with the label.
