Guramishvili has represented Georgia throughout most of her career, achieving remarkable milestones such as being the under-16 girls' World Youth Champion and the under-18 girls' Georgian national champion.

Beginning her chess journey at the tender age of five, Guramishvili quickly made her mark in the competitive arena. By the age of ten, she was regularly qualifying for the World Youth Chess Championships. Her accolades include a silver medal in the under-12 girls' division in two thousand three and a gold medal in the under-16 girls' division in two thousand six. At seventeen, she first qualified for the Georgian Women's Chess Championship, where she notably finished joint second in two thousand nine, earning a WGM norm.

In two thousand nine, at just eighteen years old, Guramishvili was awarded the WGM title, followed by the IM title in two thousand twelve at the age of twenty-one. Her impressive performance at the 2011 Nakhchivan Open, where she defeated Ukrainian Grandmaster Sergey Fedorchuk, solidified her status as a formidable competitor.
