Stacey Augmon

Stacey Augmon, born on August first, nineteen sixty-eight, is a distinguished American basketball coach and former professional player. Known for his remarkable athleticism, he earned the nickname 'Plastic Man' due to his unique ability to contort his body on the court. Augmon's journey in basketball began at the collegiate level, where he showcased his talents with the UNLV Runnin' Rebels.

After a successful college career, Augmon transitioned to the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he played for several teams and made a significant impact with his dynamic playing style. His contributions to the game extended beyond his playing days, as he later took on coaching roles, including serving as an assistant coach at his alma mater, UNLV, under coach Dave Rice.

In addition to his coaching at the collegiate level, Augmon also held the position of head coach for Jeonju KCC Egis in the Korean Basketball League, further expanding his coaching repertoire. Currently, he is the player development coach for the Sacramento Kings, where he continues to influence the next generation of basketball talent.
