Personal Facts, Age, Height and Biography of Stacey Milbern

Stacey Milbern, born on May nineteenth, nineteen eighty-seven, was a prominent South Korean and American disability rights activist, poet, and blogger. Her advocacy work focused on promoting justice and fair treatment for individuals with disabilities in the United States, making significant contributions to the community.

Throughout her career, Milbern served on several influential bodies, including the North Carolina Commission for the Blind and the Statewide Independent Living Council. She was also a member of the President's Committee for People with Intellectual Disabilities under President Barack Obama, where she worked tirelessly to elevate the voices of those with disabilities.

In addition to her advocacy, Milbern played a crucial role in establishing Disability History and Awareness Month in North Carolina, helping to raise awareness and educate the public about the history and contributions of people with disabilities.

During the COVID-19 pandemic in March twenty twenty, she engaged in mutual aid efforts, providing essential food and medical care to homeless and disabled individuals in the San Francisco Bay Area. Tragically, her life was cut short due to surgical complications related to kidney cancer in May of the same year, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and activism.
