Stacy Keach

Walter Stacy Keach Jr., born on June 2, 1941, is a distinguished American actor whose career spans theatre, film, and television since the 1960s. He first made his mark in Off-Broadway productions and has since become a prominent figure in American theatre, particularly recognized for his Shakespearean roles. Over the years, Keach has received numerous accolades, including four Drama Desk Awards, two Helen Hayes Awards, and two Obie Awards for Distinguished Performance by an Actor. His talent was further acknowledged with a Tony Award nomination for Best Actor in a Play for his role in Arthur Kopit's 1969 production of Indians.

In the realm of film, Keach is celebrated for his compelling portrayal of a washed-up boxer in John Huston's Fat City, released in nineteen seventy-two.
