Stephan El Shaarawy

Stephan El Shaarawy, born on October twenty-seventh, nineteen ninety-two, is an Italian professional footballer renowned for his agility and skill as a left winger. Currently, he plays for Serie A club Roma and represents the Italy national team. His nickname, Il Faraone, or The Pharaoh, reflects his Egyptian heritage through his father.

El Shaarawy's football journey began at Genoa, where he showcased his potential before being signed by AC Milan in two thousand eleven, following a successful loan spell at Padova. He quickly emerged as one of the most promising talents of his generation, particularly during the first half of the two thousand twelve to two thousand thirteen season. However, his career faced challenges due to injuries, leading to loan spells at Monaco and Roma during the two thousand fifteen to two thousand sixteen season, after which he made a permanent move to the latter.

In two thousand nineteen, El Shaarawy took a bold step by transferring to the Chinese club Shanghai Greenland Shenhua. Yet, his passion for the game brought him back to Roma eighteen months later, where he continues to make an impact.
